Range of non-verifiable double check valve assemblies consisting of two spring loaded resilient trim in-line check valve cartridges housed in a DZR brass body, compression models are nickle plated. A drain port is provided between the cartridges. Compression models are to be used with copper pipe to EN1057. Maximum working pressure 16.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature for the D220W range 85°C. Maximum operating temperature of the D200CW range 60°C.
‘Parker 500’ assisted bathing unit. Flow is controlled via a thermostatic mixing valve, the inlet of which incorporates a stainless steel strainer and single check valve cartridge (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and feeds either a bath spout outlet or shower handset which incorporates a self-closing trigger. The inlet to the shower handset incorporates a plastic flow restrictor and a single check valve cartridge however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. There is a combined spherical valve and strainer on the inlet to the bathing unit which incorporates a single check valve cartridge (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The ‘shepherds crook’ type shower outlet is protected via an AUK3 airgap arrangement. Maximum working pressure 6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C
Range of quarter turn and half turn ceramic disc headworks with brass bodies and silicone rubber gaskets for insertion into specifically dimensioned assemblies. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of non-rising spindle headworks incorporating brass bodies, NBR rubber `O`-rings and silicone rubber gaskets. Model CL1/2M-360T 360° incorporates a non -rising spindle headwork, model CL1/2K-180T-10 incorporate a half turn ceramic disc headwork and other models incorporate a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
