'TML Dalmia Sulphate Resisting cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.50:0.50 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/004', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@28°C. Then 4 hours@45°C. Then 6 hours@40°C (humidity greater than 85%). Then 666 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HX' dated '2025.4.25'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. Mix parts A and B in a 84.8:15.2 weight ratio and apply three coats as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'MoS-SA-G1104-M-AK-09-23', dated '18 September 2023'. Cure first coat for 24 hours at 23°C, second coat for 24 hours at 23°C and third coat for 7 days at 23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
