Between April 2024 and July 2024, the paint is for use with water up to 50°C. From August 2024 the paint is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM - CZL8579'. Factory applied, black coloured acrylic paint. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS dated July 2018. Cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'NAVCOAT-001 HT'. Factory applied, black coloured bitumen based paint. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'NCB/001', issue date '12.07.2023'. Cure 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Loctite EA 109'. Factory applied, grey/beige coloured, heat cured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS for Loctite ESP109 (product has changed name) dated July 2007. Cure for 2 hours@130°C. For use with water up to 85°C. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Loctite PC 7255 GN (Green) coating for use with Bonderite M-NT 1455-W primer'. Factory applied, green coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. In June 2025 ‘LOCTITE PC 7255 GY (Grey) coating for use with BONDERITE M-NT 1455 Primer-W Coating’ was added to the approval. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. Prime the surface to be coated with the Bonderite primer wipe. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated October 2016. Cure for 7 days@23°C at 45% relative humidity. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Balinit Milubia'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two layered coating system consisting of a titanium bottom layer & diamond like coating top layer. Apply as per manufacturer`s instructions '080224' dated 08-Feb-2024. No curing required. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Endoprene® 85-20’. Factory applied, two component, beige coloured, solvent free polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated '09/09/2019'. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HY/NG' dated '2023-06-02'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
