Section Code 2010 : Shower valve(s) with thermostatic temperature control
Back To Directory SectionsRange of wall mounted, concealed thermostatic blending valves with (brass bodies – various chrome plated trim sets). The flow is controlled by either a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork, a ceramic disc diverter valve or both using single lever or cubed type operating members. The temperature is controlled via a thermostatic cartridge using a cross-top, cubed or single lever operating members. The products incorporate approved single check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate the is provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 8.0 Bar
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 65°C
Range of thermostatic bar shower mixers, (chrome plated brass bodies), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with single lever type operating members. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic mixing cartridge that incorporates a single lever type operating members and a manual override button. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved single check valve cartridges, however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 52°C
Range of wall mounted, exposed thermostatic shower valves brass body with black finish. Flow is controlled and on twin outlet models, diverted between shower handset & overhead shower by the quarter turn ceramic cartridge headwork with dome operating member. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with manual override button and dome type operating member. Both inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers. The inlets of models 1.1836.465 & 1.1878.467 incorporate approved check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 50°C.
Range of wall mounted, bar type thermostatic shower mixer (chromium plated brass) Incorporating a quarter turn headwork controlling the flow with a dome type operating member. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member incorporating a manual override button. Both inlets and shower outlet incorporate approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The inlets also incorporate stainless steel strainers. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Wall mounted thermostatic shower valve (chrome plated brass body), incorporating a non-rising spindle headwork controlling the flow. The temperature is controlled independently with a thermostatic cartridge, both using single lever operating members. The inlets incorporate flow regulators, plastic strainers and approved single check valve cartridges, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product is supplied with a shower kit that consists of a shower handset, shower hose and riser rail assembly. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 65°C
Range of thermal circulation valves with gunmetal bodies and EPDM ‘O’-rings. Models incorporate drain valves. Maximum operating pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Range of wall mounted thermostatic blending valves (chrome plated brass), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc or ceramic cartridge headworks (see models). The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge incorporating a manual override button, with a variety of operating members. The inlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection with stainless-steel strainers. Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 60°C
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves, (chrome plated brass bodies). Models (EG1290 & EG1209002) incorporate a non-rising spindle headwork controlling the flow with a single lever operating member. Models (EG15092 & EG1509201) incorporate quarter turn ceramic disc headworks controlling the flow with single lever operating members. The temperature on all models is controlled by a thermostatic cartridge using a cross-top type operating member. The shower outlet connection incorporates an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 8.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 65.0°C
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 65°C
Range of wall mounted thermostatic mixing valves (chromium plated brass) incorporating a sequential headwork controlling both flow and temperature using a single lever operating member. Inlets incorporate servicing valves and approved check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of T-type thermostatic blending valves with chromium plated brass bodies. Temperature is controlled via a thermostatic cartridge. The inlets of all models except model 521308, 521324, 521314 and 521318 incorporate single check valve cartridges (verified by test - suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and stainless-steel strainers. Compression fitting connection to be used with copper pipe EN1057 only. Maximum working pressure 10 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C except for models CA-100827 & CA-100828 both 60°C
