'YHGuard8680 Primer’ comprises of a binder and hardener to be mixed in a 30:2.5 weight ratio before being applied as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘8680 20220601’. Cure for 12 hours@25°C. Apply ‘YHChlor6200 Topcoat' as per manufacturer’s data sheet ‘6200 20220601’. Cure for 5 hours hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. 'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product information dated 'August 16,2022'. Cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. Range of deck mounted, single hole, single outlet (swivel) combination tap assemblies (chromium plated brass), incorporating either quarter turn ceramic disc or quarter turn compression washer headworks with various operating members (see model). The inlets of the quarter turn ceramic disc headworks incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product incorporates a handheld pre-rinse spray with a self-closing trigger, either on a flexible hose within an overhead spring or as a fixed length flexible hose on a swivel arm (see model). Models are available with an additional swivel spout outlet, which incorporates a plastic aerator (see model). The swivel spouts have their own flow control in addition to the main headwork, this is also a quarter turn compression washer headwork with various operating members (see model). The product is supplied with metal backnuts. Maximum working pressure 6.0 bar.
