The product incorporates a stainless-steel strainer. The product is designed to stop the flow of water once a preset value (in litres) has been reached. 'EP015-UTB'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'PR-CA-00-024' dated 15-02-19. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'NF 131118'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-part, water-based epoxy coating. Mix resin and curing agent in a 9:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMCN-V1', dated '20240423'. Cure for 60 minutes@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Wudu brand-NF 131118'. Factory applied, black coloured, two-component, water based epoxy coating. Mix in a 9:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'PAMCN-V2', dated '20240821'. Cure for 1 hour@50°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EPONICS WP-NS (No. 20170209)'. Factory applied, dark grey coloured, two-component, solvent free epoxy resin coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a weight ratio of 7:3 and apply as per Product Data Sheet ‘1838-K’ dated February 2017. Cure for 168 hours@30°C, then 168 hours@60°C and 'rest' for 168 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Jotaguard VA 5001'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturers technical data sheet dated 9th November 2015. Cure for 2 minutes, 30 seconds@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'90000 KANEPOX SF-A'. Factory applied, two-part, cream or red coloured epoxy coatings consisting of component A and component B. Mix and apply as per data sheet ‘Rev. No. 01’ dated January 2024. Cure for 7 days@23°C. The cream coating is for use with water up to 50°C. Between February 2024 and August 2024, the red coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024 the red coating is for use with water up to 50°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
