'TIANYI SUNS-012'. Factory applied, black coloured, bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user instructions 'File No.: Tianyi Suns-0024, Version: TYS-03, Date of issue: 2021-05-05'. Cure for 2 hours @60°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Cleantech PW'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix component A and component B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/17-18/04/R6/spray'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Pipeclad 704G'. Factory applied, green coloured fusion bonded epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's Product Information '704G_TDS', revised 'August 16,2022'. Post-cure for 12 minutes@232°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the post-curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the post-cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KAJ1207'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions reference 'XA12312', dated 26/12/2022. Cure for 15 minutes@220°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PPA571ES Black 700 & PPA571 Black 700'. Factory applied Polyolefin PE Coatings. Apply 'PPA571 Black 700' by fluidised bed according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022' and dip in the bed for 5-8 seconds. Apply 'PPA571ES Black 700' by electrostatic spray according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022'. Cure for 190-200°C for 20 mins. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'AL035P Interpon 100 Gloss Light Grey'. Factory applied, light grey coloured epoxy coating. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'CY7000 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instruction manual 'YS-QNS-WZBC-2021W', dated 'May 20, 2021'. Cure for 15 minutes@180°C.
