The inlets of the brass tee piece incorporate an approved single check cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The product is supplied with two loose fibre gaskets for installation on each inelt hose. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator.
