Range of stainless-steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assemblies with EPDM seals, available with a variety of end connections, some of which include isolation valves (see model). Maximum working pressure 10 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C
Range of T-type thermostatic mixing valves with DZR brass bodies. Temperature is pre-set under a fixed cap. The inlet adaptors incorporate single check valve cartridges (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2) and stainless-steel strainers. The inlet adaptors for models DT400MX15CP & DT400MX22CP are 90° elbows instead of straight adaptors and incorporate additional integral spherical valves. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 85.0°C.
Range of wall mounted (some concealed – see models) thermostatic blending valves with brass bodies (various finishes), incorporating single sequential headworks with single lever operating members. The inlet couplings incorporate plastic flow regulators & metal strainers. The outlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete products have not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 8.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C
Bar type thermostatic blending valve with a chromium plated brass body, a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork with single lever type operating member controlling the flow. Temperature is controlled by a thermostatic mixing valve with a single lever type operating member incorporating with a manual override button. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete products have not been fully tested to demonstrate they provide backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of floor standing, shower to shower, thermostatic blending valves (brass or stainless steel, various finishes, see models). Incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member. The product incorporates a self-cancelling diverter to overhead shower with a dome operating member. The outlet of the diverter incorporates an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Also supplied with shower hose and shower handset. Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of thermostatic blending valves, (brass bodies – various finishes), incorporating a thermostatic cartridge. The product is supplied with various trim sets incorporating a cross top, lever or dome type operating member. The inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum operating pressure 5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of two way diverter valves, (brass bodies – various finishes). Incorporating a quarter turn ceramic headwork. The valves are supplied with multiple trim sets and operating members. Maximum operating pressure 5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
A range of spring loaded, resilient trim non-return valves with EPDM seat, blue epoxy coated cast-iron bodies. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85ºC.
Range of in-line manually adjustable pressure reducing valves with a DZR brass body (brushed chrome finish). Compression models are for use with coper pipe (manufactured to EN 1057). The MINIPRVG model is supplied with a gauge. Outlet pressure adjustable from 0.8 to 4.0 bar. Maximum inlet supply pressure 15.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of latching (LV), proportional (PV), servo (SV), pilot (EV) solenoid valves with natural (appear white), plastic bodies. Pushfit models are for use with John Guest LLDPE and DMFIT LLDPE pipes. The inlets and outlets of all models are available with plastic flow regulators or plastic or copper strainers. All valves have a maximum working pressure of 10.0 bar. The bodies of valves with a silicone diaphragm are marked with an ‘S’ at the end of the model, e.g. ‘EV118/AS’ and have a maximum operating temperature 85°C. Valves with an EPDM diaphragm are for cold water use only and do not include this ‘S’ marking.
