‘Comet’ combination units consisting of a cased and insulated stainless steel unvented hot water storage cylinder. The cylinder primary circuit is fitted with an in-line electrical heater which supplies the heat source to the secondary water via a stainless-steel coil, and the heat source to the central heating circuit directly. The cylinder is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve, pre-set at 7.0 bar 90 degrees. The unit is supplied with an inlet control group containing a check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), pressure reducing valve set at 3.0 bar and an expansion relief set at 6.0 bar. An expansion vessel is factory fitted to both the secondary and primary circuits within and is positioned inside the casing. The primary circuit also incorporates a circulating pump and pressure relief valve which is set at 3.0 bar. Range of wall mounted, concealed, manual blending bath shower mixers (brass bodies, various finishes - see model) incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member and a self-cancelling diverter (to divert the flow between a shower outlet or bath spout outlet - not supplied). The products comprise of a basic set, (concealed body), which includes the ceramic cartridge and a finish set that includes the self-cancelling diverter, headwork collar, operating member and trim set. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 70°C.
Range of wall mounted, bar type thermostatic blending valves (chromium plated brass) incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow with a lever operating member. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a single lever operating member. Both inlets incorporate an eccentric isolation valve, a stainless-steel strainer and an approved check valve cartridge, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides back flow protection. The shower outlet connection on the main valve incorporates a flow restrictor (H9741 model only). Maximum working pressure 5.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
A range either concealed or exposed wall mounted thermostatic mixing valves with brass bodies (exposed models are chromium plated). Models F3004, F2301, F2304, F2303 incorporate ¼ turn ceramic disc headworks. Model F2304, F2092, F2302 incorporate a manual diverter with a shut off. All models incorporate a thermostatic cartridge that controls the temperature, expect model F3002 that incorporates a combined shut off a thermostatic cartridge with single lever operating members. Model F3004 has a single lever operating member for the headwork and a cross top operating member for the thermostatic cartridge. The inlets of all models expect F3004 incorporate stainless steel filters and approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10 bar. Maximum working temperature 60°C.
