This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TS2160'. Factory applied, grey coloured, enamel coating intended to line glass fused steel tanks. Apply two coats as per manufacturer's Work Instructions 'AQ 10 07 Rev.1'. Fire for 10 minutes at 840°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the firing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'CB Silicone Lubricant Spray (code: F15215)'. Clear, Silicone Lubricant Spray. Apply as per manufacturer's packaging instructions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Bondrite S1010'. Epoxy putty which has a grey coloured outer layer, a black coloured inner layer and is grey coloured once mixed. Mix layers by hand until a homogenous colour is achieved and then apply as per TDS, issue date November 2021. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'AP-EPDM 50A, AP-EPDM 60A, AP-EPDM 70A & AP-EPDM 80A'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50A & 80A. Tested in-radius size between 1.15mm & 1.21mm. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘ELASTOSIL® R’ solid silicone rubber materials. The number in brackets indicates shore hardness. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. The following grades are natural and are for use with water up to 85°C. E indicates ELASTOSIL® AUX Crosslinker E. C1 indicates ELASTOSIL® AUX Crosslinker C1. Grades for extrusion and press moulding: R 401/20 E (shore hardness 20), R 401/30 E (30), R 401/40 E (40), R 401/50 E (50), R 401/55 E (55), R 401/60 E (60), R 401/70 E (70), R 401/80 E (80) & R 401/90 E (90). Range of single hole, double outlet (fixed) combination tap assemblies (various finishes) with electronically controlled functions to allow the tap to dispense boiling water, chilled water or sparkling water from under counter units (not supplied). All models incorporate a separate vent outlet within the tap spout for the near-boiling water circuit. Near-boiling circuit has a maximum operating temperature 98°C. Hot-water circuit has a maximum operating temperature of 65°C.
