'Purtop 1000 N'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7506-3-2024'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EDELPOXY FNSL 151'. Factory applied, two-component, grey coloured epoxy coating. Mix base and hardener in a 2:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions for use, reference number 'PC 151', dated January 16, 2015. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SUPERPOXY 5000RP'. Factory applied, two component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'SPI 20170413 ' dated September 1st, 2016. Cure for 58 hours@24°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL'. Factory applied, grey coloured ordinary portland cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per work instructions 'JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/WI-11', version '3.3', effective date '15.04.2024'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JSAW-JAL (OPC-JKL)'. Factory applied, grey coloured ordinary portland cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a 1:1.5:0.5 weight ratio and apply as per work instructions 'JSAW/SMG/DISP/PRO/WI-11', version '3.3', effective date '15.04.2024'. Cure for 2.5 hours@48°C and then 3 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KUBOTA Moderate Heat Portland Cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland Cement. Mix sand:cement;water in a 2.4:1.0:0.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'KBT20250107', dated '7th January 2025'. Cure for 6 hours @40°C followed by 18 hours @20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'BELPA CSA 50'. Light green coloured, NBR/fibre gasket material manufactured by calendaring. Shore hardness 65. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
‘DENYL 6 5010 NERO 0300, DENYL 6 3010 NERO 0300, DENYL 6 1510 NERO 0300, DENYL 6 5010 NERO, DENYL 6 3010 NERO & DENYL 6 1510 NERO’. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre filled PA6 materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Grilon AG-50 FWA Black'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA66-GF50 material. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Mapex® AN4720SN (+)'. Natural (appears beige coloured), injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced PA66 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
