'BFSC RIZHAO S&M&B DN 22'. Factory applied, grey coloured Blast Furnace Slag Cement Mortar Lining. Mix cement and sand in a weight ratio of 1:2.2. Mix this with water in a 0.46:1 weight ratio. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '1008', dated '20221008'. Cure for 9 hours at 60°C & 95% humidity. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'VIMPOTABLE 34 EPOXY PAINT'. Factory applied, two-component, red coloured epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Technical Bulletin 'VP/02', issue date '01.01.2021'. Cure for 7 days@50°C. For use with water up to 45°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
ML-9005WGL414 (black coloured - RAL 9005), ML-6018WGL424 (green coloured - RAL 6018), ML-9A10WGL444 (white coloured - RAL 9010), ML-5007WGL424 (blue coloured - RAL 5007) & ML-6621WGL424 (green coloured - Pantone 334 C). Factory applied, electro-statically sprayed epoxy powder coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘Pdb_ML-WGL414-EN (03-2023)’, dated ’23.03.2023’.
