Range of wall mounted concealed (BIV & BIR models) and exposed (EV model) thermostatic shower control valves. The bodies are cast brass (concealed versions) with a chromium plated trim set or chromium plated brass (exposed versions). Flow and temperature are controlled by a thermostatic cartridge with a single lever operating member. The inlets incorpoarate stainless steel strainers. Some models are supplied with a shower hose and handset or an overhead shower arm and shower head with flow regulator (see model section). The BIV model is also supplied with an angled wall outlet elbow. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 45°C.
Range of wall mounted, concealed, thermostatic shower mixers with brass bodies, dome or cube operating members and a thermostatic cartridge controlling the temperature. Models D1001, LB091, LB092, LB093, LB094, LB095, D2002, LB096, LB097, LB098, LB099, LB100, D3001, LB101, LB102, LB103, LB104 & LB105 incorporate approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
Range of wall mounted thermostatic shower valves (various finishes) incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headworks with single lever type operating members. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with manual override and single lever type operating members. Both inlets incorporate approved single check valve cartridges (however, the complete assembly has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides adequate backflow protection). Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of spring-loaded resilient trim, non-return valves with blue epoxy coated ductile iron bodies, stainless steel discs and EPDM seals. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Range of in-line adjustable pressure reducing valves with DZR brass bodies and NBR ‘O’-rings. The valve incorporates a test port. The outlet pressures range from 1.5 bar to 6.0 bar. Maximum supply pressure 25.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Bistable (latching - pulse controlled) or monostable (normally open) solenoid valve with a plastic body, EPDM diaphragm and ‘O’-rings. The products incorporates a stainless-steel filer on the inlet. From February 2024 the product may also be supplied with a plastic filter. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature: Between October 2022 and January 2024 this product is suitable for hot water use only (70°C). From February 2024 to the end of October 2027 this product is suitable up to 70°C.
