‘PMSP5099-M & EP5099D01SC'. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual 'PEM 37', edition '01' dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'PRIMGREEN® ENDURANCE & Primgreen LAT 12035' primers for use with 'RILSAN® PA11 T BLUE 7444 MAC (16293), PA11 T GREY 5161 MAC (17203), PA11 T WHITE 1488 AC (17219) & PA11 T BLACK 7450 AC (17185)' coatings. Factory applied primers and powder coatings. The piece to be coated is to be pre-heated to 330°C for 10 minutes, the primer and coating applied in accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20' and then cured for 10 minutes@330°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'FY Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'FR20240910', dated '2024-09-10'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Purtop 1000 N'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7506-3-2024'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fluiglide E'. Factory applied, two-part, white coloured epoxy coating consisting of a base and activator. Mix base and activator in a mass ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS product reference ‘4/05’, last reviewed ‘March 2024’. Cure coat 1 for 4 hours@20°C. Cure coat 2 for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘NMSP2104 M'. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual ‘specification no. PIN-10’, revision no. '0' dated '15/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431’ primer for use with ‘HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM -CZL8579’ finish/topcoat. Factory applied, black coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part epoxy primer for use with acrylic coating. Mix base & hardener of primer in a 100:10 weight ratio and apply one coat as per manufacturers TDS ‘NATZINC EP9010 BI 5431’, dated ‘February 2024’. No cure required. Apply one coat of the topcoat as per manufacturers TDS ‘HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM CZL8579’, dated ‘July 2018’ and cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SUPERPOXY 5000RP'. Factory applied, two component, blue coloured epoxy coating. Mix Parts A & B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'SPI 20170413 ' dated September 1st, 2016. Cure for 58 hours@24°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sigmaguard CSF 585/Blue' (included on the initial approval) is for use with water up to 50°C. 'Sigmaguard CSF 585/RAL5017’ was added to the approval in December 2025 and is for use with water up to 40°C. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component, solvent-free epoxy coatings. Mix parts A & B in a volume ratio of 77.5:22.5 and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet '7785', dated 'August 19, 2022'. Cure for 12 days@20°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hydroplate 1914'. Site applied, two-component, white coloured (once mixed and applied) Epoxy-polyamine coating. Mix parts A & B in a 3:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Product Data Sheet 'B034', dated 'September 2024'. Cure coat 1 for 48 hours at 15°C. Cure coat 2 for 21 days at 15°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
