'PRIMGREEN® ENDURANCE & Primgreen LAT 12035' primers for use with 'RILSAN® PA11 T BLUE 7444 MAC (16293), PA11 T GREY 5161 MAC (17203), PA11 T WHITE 1488 AC (17219) & PA11 T BLACK 7450 AC (17185)' coatings. Factory applied primers and powder coatings. The piece to be coated is to be pre-heated to 330°C for 10 minutes, the primer and coating applied in accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20' and then cured for 10 minutes@330°C. Cure coat 1 for 9 hours@25°C. Mix parts A & B in a 78:22 weight ratio and apply coat 2 as per manufacturer’s general method statement ‘MS - AD - Sikagard®-1816-01/2024’ and PDS '020303000000002044 Version 01.01', dated April 2024. Cure coat 2 for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
