Air cure for 4 hours@23°C and the steam cure for 6 hours@60°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Welmortar-BFS'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand:cement:water in a 3:2:1 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's SOP document 'WDIPL/QA/WI/14B', revision '01', dated '08.02.2023'. Cure for 28 days@30°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

Mix and apply in accordance with Technical Data Sheet rev. 37 dated 25.05.2020 . Cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. These materials are only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'RAX Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instructions 'WI-PRD-08', rev. '00', dated '01.02.2023'. Cure for 24 hours@28°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Flexseals 163 Green'. Green coloured fibre sheet material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio. This material incorporates a natural ingredient. Please note that water companies will evaluate the evidence provided and may ask for more information and they reserve the right to refuse installation.
'Fibre Gulf'. GRP pipe which is has a brown/yellow coloured water contact layer and a beige coloured outer layer, manufactured by filament winding and contact moulding. For use with water up to 60°C.
