'Versapox PW'. Factory applied, grey coloured, two component solvent free epoxy coating. Mix base and curing agent in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's product data sheet 'issue No. 01', dated 'Jan 2022'. Cure for 10 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PULRON 101 AQUA’. Factory applied, green coloured polyethylene coating. Apply a single coat (200μm thickness) as per manufacturer's instructions 'ELS.TT.C01.40', 'Rev00', dated '13.06.2023', Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. Between June 2023 and December 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. Between January 2025 and June 2028, the material is for use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 65°C°C
'RF (Riyadh Foundry)'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a 1:1.5:0.6 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's work instruction 'WI.PR.07', revision '01/01/', dated '16.02.2022'.. Cure for 3 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'HKUST002'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'HKUST002101001', '01', dated '03/11/2020'. Cure for 168 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocoat EP812 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'ECL / TDS / EP 812 - BLUE, RAL 5017', issue date '12-Jan-13', version '03', revision date '25-Sept-14'. Cure for 1 hour@60°C followed by 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. From March 2024 the material is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'EPW-6575S8T-20 Epoxy RAL 5005'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev:00/December 2022'. Cure for 10 minutes at 200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Promag’. Factory applied, black coloured PUR coating system comprising of a primer and topcoat. ‘Promag Primer’ is a two-part primer to be mixed in a 1:2 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 2 hours@23°C. ‘Promag Topcoat’ is a three-part topcoat to be mixed in a 92.59:5.19:2.22 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 20 seconds@20-26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Purtop 1000 N'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7506-2-2023'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Hyperlast™ 500WP Polyol and Hyperlast™ 500WP prepolymer'. Site applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component polyol and prepolymer based coating. 'Vorastar™ 5342WP Polyol and 'Vorastar™ 5342WP prepolymer'. Site applied, cream coloured (once mixed), two-component urethane based coating. Mix Part A (amber liquid) with Part B (amber liquid) in a volume ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's 'General Method Statement, DOW WATERPOTABLE, Edition 1 07/23'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. 'Teadit NA 1002'. Green coloured fibre/NBR gasket material manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 65°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.

'VYDYNE AG7K-BK1066'. Black coloured, (35% glass Fibre reinforced) polyamide 66 material. From 1st April 2023 until 29th May 2024, the material was for use with water up to 23°C. From 30th May 2024 until 30th April 2028, the material is for use with water up to 70°C.
