Temperature is controlled via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member that incorporates a manual override button. The spout outlet turns 90 degrees to divert the flow to a further shower outlet. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. The inlets incorporate a stainless steel strainers and approved check valve cartridge, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
