Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber components with a shore hardness of 70. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm), washers (in-radius 1.05mm) & membranes (in-radius 1.75mm) made in Italy. ‘O’ rings (in-radius 1.31mm) & washers (in-radius 1.05mm) made in China. In May 2024 ‘shaped seals’ (in-radius of 1.8mm) made in Italy, were added to the approval. In November 2024, lip seals (in-radius of 0.7mm) made in Italy, were added to the approval. For use with water up to 85°C.
'JJSXEPDMIRHD50 (shore hardness 50) & JJSXEPDMIRHD70 (shore hardness 70)'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Tested in-radius size 0.99mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'VL1713M266B Black'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.02mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘AA9HWZ (88 Sh.)’. Grades ‘AA6HWZ (60 Sh.), AA7HWZ (70 Sh.), AA7SWZ (70 Sh.), AA8HWZ (80 Sh.) were added in December 2022. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM sheet materials. With a shore hardness of between 60 & 88. Tested in-radius size 1.15mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Silopren LSR 2630, 2640, 2650, 2660 & 2670'. Natural (appears clear), compression moulded silicone rubber sheet materials. Shore hardness between 30 & 70. Tested in-radius size of 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘0361’ & ‘0361 water tank sealing strip’. ‘0361’ is a black coloured, extruded synthetic rubber sealant strip. ‘0361 water tank sealing strip’ is a black coloured, extruded synthetic rubber sealant strip (water contact part) which is laminated with hard closed-cell PVC foam (not in contact with the water) and supplied in either an `L` or `U` shaped section. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘Supercast SW20 (red), Supercast SW10 (black) & Supercast SW30 (green)’. Extruded, PVC waterstop materials. ‘Supercast SW20 (red)’ is for use with water up to 50°C. ‘Supercast SW10 (black) & Supercast SW30 (green)’ are for use with water up to 23°C This material is for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992 with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre as specified in BS 6920: Part 1.
'TRADE SAVE (Product Code: 630997)'. Off-white coloured, PTFE paste intended for use as a thread sealant. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Interfix Colle Gel PVC'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cement, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Range of floor standing, single hole, single outlet (fixed) combination tap assemblies with brass bodies (various finishes), incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member and a lockable diverter to shower outlet. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. The product is supplied with a shower hose and handset. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 75°C.
Range of wall mounted, single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled combination tap assemblies (brushed stainless steel). The flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The inlet to the solenoid incorporates a stainless-steel strainer. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. The products are supplied with plastic backnuts and a stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible hose assembly for installation between the tap and the solenoid valve. The HK-Cha models added September are also supplied with a plastic flow regulator. Maximum working pressure 6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
Range of deck mounted, single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically operated tap assemblies (Chromium plated brass). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The products are supplied with a tee piece for installation prior to the solenoid valve. The inlets of the tee piece incorporate a combined NBR gasket and stainless steel filter and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The products are also supplied with stainless steel braided PEX lined flexible (connecting) hose assemblies and angled spherical valves incorporating a stainless steel strainer for installation on each inlet. Temperature is controlled by adjusting the opening of each angled spherical valve. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. Maximum working pressure 5.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C
