Range of stainless steel indirect (single or twin coil), direct and heat pump unvented hot water storage cylinders. The heat pump models also incorporate a plate heat exchanger and a circulation pump. The secondary circuit is supplied with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar@90.0˚C. The products are supplied with an inlet control group consisting of an adjustable pressure reducing valve, adjustable in the range of 0.8 bar - 6.0 bar, but factory pre-set at 3.0 bar, a strainer, am expansion relief valve set at 6.0 bar and an approved single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The products are also supplied with an immersion heater, an expansion vessel (12, 19 or 24 litres depending on model) and a tundish. Maximum supply pressure to the inlet control group: 16.0 bar. Maximum working pressure: Secondary circuit: 5.5 Bar. Primary Circuit: 6.0 Bar (All models except for the Direct - DI prefix models). Maximum operating temperature 75°C.
Range of automatic air venting valves incorporating epoxy coated, ductile iron bodies and plastic float. Maximum operating pressure 16.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 50°C
Concealed electronic thermostatic shower valve with a plastic body, the flow is controlled via two motorised valves for hot and cold supply. Both inlets incorporate a plastic strainer and an approved check valve cartridge; however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. The valve can be supplied with a variation of shower kits that can consist of the following components: handsets, overhead showers, shower hoses, wall outlets, fixed arms, and isolation valves. Maximum working pressure 7 bar. Maximum working temperature 65°C.
Wall mounted, bar type thermostatic blending valves (chromium plated brass) incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork controlling the flow and temperature with single lever type operating member. Both inlets are supplied with a stainless-steel strainer. The inlets also incorporate approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 4.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
Range of wall mounted, bar type thermostatic blending valves incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork or half turn ceramic diverter controlling the flow between outlets. The temperature is controlled by a thermostatic cartridge with various type of operating members incorporating a manual override button. Maximum working pressure 10 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
