Cure/dry for 2 hours@23°C. ‘Promag Topcoat’ is a three-part topcoat to be mixed in a 92.59:5.19:2.22 mass ratio before applying as per manufacturer’s core instructions ‘TLB: 10000043811’, ‘Version: M’. Cure/dry for 20 seconds@20-26°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. '571983 & 571984'. White coloured (semi-translucent), extruded PTFE tape. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ESTANE® 58197 Nat 022'. In August 2023 'ESTANE® 58197 NAT 01' was added to the approval. Natural (transparent, colourless), injection moulded thermoplastic polyurethane materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Titan A202'. Site applied, pale yellow coloured hydrophilic polyurethane foam. Apply as per manufacturer's Tech Sheet '03', dated '10.01.2023' and spray treated surface with water. Cure for 6 hours at an ambient temperature (19-21°C). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'FKM 90 Black 6019020105-CMP00700'. Black coloured, compression moulded FKM material. Shore hardness 90. Tested in-radius size 1.1mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘N70 60 003 197’. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR material. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Akfix PS253 Pipe Sealant Medium Strength'. Blue coloured pipe sealant. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev.01', issue date '23/10/2019'. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Weld-On 719 PVCu Clear Solvent Cement'. Clear, colourless solvent cement. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions and cure/dry for 24 hours@5°C(±2°C). For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
