Mix parts A and B in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'CCPL/TDS/R11/CRC/22-23/04/R13/BG/R1', dated '15.09.2022'. Cure for 7 days@30°C. Between August 2024 and January 2025, the coating is approved for use with water up to 23°C. Between February 2025 and August 2029, the coating is approved for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NMSP2104 M & ER2104A01SM'. The following coatings were added to the approval in March 2025: ER2209A01SC, ER2252A01SC, ER2259A01SC & ER2260A01SC. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual 'PEM 38', edition '01' dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘PMSP5099-M & EP5099D01SC'. Factory applied, blue coloured, porcelain (vitreous) enamel coatings. Apply as per manufacturer’s user manual 'PEM 37', edition '01' dated '14/10/2020'. Cure for 5 minutes@840°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PRIMGREEN® ENDURANCE & Primgreen LAT 12035' primers for use with 'RILSAN® PA11 T BLUE 7444 MAC (16293), PA11 T GREY 5161 MAC (17203), PA11 T WHITE 1488 AC (17219) & PA11 T BLACK 7450 AC (17185)' coatings. Factory applied primers and powder coatings. The piece to be coated is to be pre-heated to 330°C for 10 minutes, the primer and coating applied in accordance with user instructions 'Dircom - 4418E/05.2015/20' and then cured for 10 minutes@330°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'FY Portland Cement Mortar'. Factory applied, grey coloured Portland cement mortar. Mix cement:sand:water in a 2:1:0.4 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions issue reference 'FR20240910', dated '2024-09-10'. Cure for 12 hours@55°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘NATZINC EP9015 SC PART A-BI.5431’ primer for use with ‘HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM -CZL8579’ finish/topcoat. Factory applied, black coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part epoxy primer for use with acrylic coating. Mix base & hardener of primer in a 100:10 weight ratio and apply one coat as per manufacturers TDS ‘NATZINC EP9010 BI 5431’, dated ‘February 2024’. No cure required. Apply one coat of the topcoat as per manufacturers TDS ‘HYDRALFUN AC NOIR PAM CZL8579’, dated ‘July 2018’ and cure for 21 days@23°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'SJ-195120WT GRP Panel'. Off-white coloured, compression moulded GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Relon A500 Nero 4095 GF30 K'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass filled PA66 material. For use with water up to 80°C.
'Grilon TSG-30/4 FA Black 9840'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Genestar G1350A-M47WF Black'. Black coloured, polyamide 9T material for injection moulding and extrusion purposes. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SAFE 10 (H10 + H09, H17 + H04 and N08 + N04)' pipes. Extruded, dual-layered PE pipes comprising of a black coloured inner layer and blue coloured outer layer. Please note that the codes in brackets denote the raw material combinations and only these combinations are approved. In April 2025 ‘H10, H17 & N08’, extruded, single-layered, black coloured PE pipes were added to the approval. Only pipes marked with ‘H10, H17 or N08’ are approved. For use with water up to 40°C.
'BC245MO' & 'Bn BC245MO-90'. Natural (off-white), injection moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'BA160E-8229-01'. Black coloured, injection moulded polypropylene material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Inoflon M 695'. White coloured (opaque), sintered PTFE material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP703904 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.0mm. 'EP703904 Gasket Seal Rings’ were added to the approval in June 2024. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM gasket seal rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'E13970'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 65. Tested in-radius size 1.3mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'KF945W, KF955W, KF965W & KF975W'. Black coloured, compression moulded, silicone rubber materials. Shore hardness between 45 & 75. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'NE7130 Grey 60'. Light grey coloured, injection moulded silicone rubber material. Shore hardness 60. Tested in-radius size 1.97mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
Range of deck mounted, single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chromium plated brass). Flow is controlled with a solenoid valve activated via touch operation. The spout outlets incorporate plastic aerators and the flexible hoses incorporate a stainless-steel strainer. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C
Range of deck mounted, single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chromium plated brass). Flow is controlled with a solenoid valve activated via touch operation. Temperature is controlled using a manual single lever operating member. The spout outlets incorporate plastic aerators. The inlets incorporate an approved check valve cartridge; however the complete assemblies have not been fully tested to demonstrate they provide backflow protection, and a stainless steel strainer. Maximum working pressure 8.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C.
