'RAL 5005 Epoxy Coating'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy Coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS '31.05.2024'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. 'LM-coat'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part Polyurea coating. Mix Part A (KOBECASE PS-6031) with Part B (COBENATE I-362) in a 100:100 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Rev. no: 02', dated '16.02.2022'. Cure for 4 hours@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘ResiGard APUA (NT) Coating'. Factory applied, grey coloured (once mixed), two-component coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet ‘PDS/RG37/Ver15/01/25’. Cure for 1 minute@25°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Greentech 5000'. Factory applied, blue coloured Epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's 'GRHK/QES GL 2025' and cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'PolyQuick® P-500 PW'. Factory applied, two component, grey coloured polyurea coating. Mix components A & B in a weight ratio of 1:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'v. 05-2025'. Cure for 48 hours@23°C. Between September 2022 and August 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. From September 2024, the coating is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.

'SikaTop®-107 Seal AE'. Site applied, grey coloured, two-part coating. Mix parts A and B in a 1.4 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's Method Statement 'V1', dated 'Feb 2025'. Cure Coat 1 for 3 hours at 30°C. Cure Coat 2 for 21 days at 30°C. Between January 2025 and December 2025, the coating is for use with water up to 23°C. Between January 2026 and January 2030, the coating is for use with water up to 50°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
