Mitsubishi “ECODAN” EHPT20X– MEHEW indirectly heated stainless-steel storage cylinder. The secondary circuit is factory fitted with a temperature and pressure relief valve set at 7.0 bar and 90˚C. The product is supplied with a safety kit (manifold) consisting of a single check valve cartridge (verified by test, suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), strainer, a pressure relief valve set at 6.0 bar and a pressure reducing valve set at 3.5 bar. The product is also supplied with a tundish, an expansion vessel and a filling loop assembly, consisting of a stainless-steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose, a lever operated brass spherical valve and a DZR brass double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 3) that incorporates a lever operated spherical valve Maximum working pressures: Secondary: 5.5 Bar Primary/CH circuit: 2.5 Bar Maximum operating temperature 75.0°C
Range of vertical cased and insulated direct and indirect unvented stainless steel hot water storage cylinders. Fitted with a Caleffi 309463 GLD temperature and pressure relief valve sat at 6 bar & 90°C, and supplied with an inlet control group consisting of in-line pressure reducing valve (Caleffi set at 3 bar) and pressure relief valve (Caleffi CWIC200055) set at 4.5 bar, and incorporates a stainless-steel mesh and an approved check valve cartridge (verified by test suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2), expansion vessel and filling loop. Maximum working pressure 4.4 bar. Maximum operating temperature 99°C.
Range of wall mounted, manually operated shower valves (brass bodies – various finishes) Incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever operating member. The shower outlet incorporates a single check valve cartridge, however, the complete assembly has not been tested to demonstrate it provides suitable backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 60.0°C.
Range of wall mounted, or concealed manually operated blending valves, (brass bodies – various finishes), incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork controlling both the flow and temperature with a single lever operating member. Maximum working pressure 5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of wall mounted, exposed or concealed thermostatic shower valves (chrome plated brass) bodies incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headworks with various operating members. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge also using various operating members incorporating a manual override button. The products incorporate approved check valve cartridges; however, the complete products have not been fully tested to demonstrate they provide backflow protection. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar Maximum operating temperature 65.0°C
