The inlets of the GR 102M model and the GR 100 tee piece incorporate an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. All models, except for the GR 102M model, are supplied with metal back nuts. All spouts incorporate a plastic flow straightener. The GR102M model incorporates a manual temperature control operated by a single lever on the side of the body, on all other models this is achieved via an adjustment plug in the base of the tee piece.
