Electronically controlled heat interface units (HIU) with twin stainless-steel plate heat exchangers providing space heating and instantaneous hot water. The cold inlet supply to the plate heat exchanger incorporates an isolation valve and a water hammer arrestor. The space heating circuit incorporates an expansion vessel and a pressure relief valve (set at 3.0 bar). The product is supplied with a filling loop assembly consisting of an elbow shaped copper pipe, isolation valve and double check valve assembly (suitable for backflow protection against fluid category 3) which incorporates an isolation valve. The cold mains inlet and the domestic hot water outlet each incorporate a brass bodied spherical valve with a butterfly handle. Maximum working pressures and operating temperatures: Primary: 16.0 bar and 90˚C. Domestic hot water (DHW): 10 bar and 65˚C. Secondary (space heating): 2.5 bar and 85˚C.
Range of in-line adjustable pressure reducing valves, with DZR brass bodies and EPDM seat washers & ‘o’ rings and stainless-steel filters. Various models supplied with pressure gauge (please see model list). Maximum inlet supply pressure 16.0 bar. Outlet pressure range: 0.8-6.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.

Wall mounted, exposed, thermostatic bar type shower mixing valve (chromium plated brass) incorporating a 2-way ceramic disc diverter headwork with a dome type operating member, which diverts the flow between outlets. Temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge with a dome type operating member incorporating a manual override button. Both inlets incorporate a combined NBR washer and stainless steel strainer and an approved single check valve cartridge, however the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
