'V8 Fluorocarbon Rubber Bellows'. Black coloured, injection moulded fluorocarbon rubber bellows. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.7mm & 4.1mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'NBR 70 M332 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in -radius size 3.0mm. For use with water up to 45°C.
'Silicone Rubber Washer SIL40 (SIL4001)'. Black coloured, vulcanised silicone rubber washer. Shore hardness 40. Tested in-radius size 0.56mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Type 1 O-ring, T056D 124H16 Model Code P16'. Cream coloured (opaque), compression moulded silicone rubber 'O' ring. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.2mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Tangit Rapid'. Straw coloured adhesive intended to join pipe and fittings. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘TFU_TM_GB_0915’. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Fosroc Nitoseal SC600'. Site applied, grey coloured silicone sealant waterstop. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS issue '1.0', dated October 2024. Cure for 21 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992-3:2006 (Design of concrete structures – Liquid retraining and containing structures) with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre.
