`Scotchkote 206N`. Factory applied, green coloured, epoxy powder coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer’s 'standard cure guide' which appears in document '80-6111-8352-8 Rev. B'. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Resichem 507 DWPU Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDS507DWPU.rv4.09062022'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'KLINGERSIL® C-4324'. Fibre/rubber gasket material, manufactured by calendaring, which is green coloured on one side and black coloured on the other. Shore hardness 65. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Crystic LS96PA Clear Gel Coat' for use with 'Crystic 2-446 PA GRP resin'. Contact moulded GRP resin, manufactured by hand lamination, for use with off-white coloured, factory applied gel coat. Apply as per manufacturer's quick guide 'issue number 1', dated 04/06/2018. Cure for 24 hours@23°C and then 3 hours@80°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Crystic Vinyl Ester VE671PA'. Brown coloured (translucent), contact moulded GRP laminating material. For use with water up to 23°C.
‘SEA2001’ (manufactured in Italy, Poland & Turkey). Dual layer, extruded, composite hoses. Hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a red or blue coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C. Hoses with a straw coloured, translucent inner and outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C. Hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a white or grey coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 23°C. From January 2023 hoses with a black coloured inner layer and either a white or grey coloured outer layer are suitable for use with water up to 60°C.
'Purolite® C104E/5264'. Cream coloured ion exchange resin. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Glidex Tap Lubricant'. White coloured silicone lubricant. For use with water up to 60°C.
'Glidex Silicone Paste'. White coloured lubricant. For use with water up to 60°C.
'KN133G50 (beige coloured) & KN133G50BL (black coloured)'. Injection moulded PA6 materials. For use with water up to 65°C.
'Pemaron660G6W NC02'. Natural (appears beige in colour), injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced PA66 material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'DH-01 Pipe'. Blue coloured, extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 65°C.
'DH-02 Fitting'. Blue coloured, injection moulded HDPE fitting. For use with water up to 65°C.
`Hydro Dynamic PE100 Pipes`. Black coloured, extruded polyethylene pipes. For use with water up to 60°C.
'LL 8460.29'. Natural (appears white and opaque) LLDPE material manufactured by rotational moulding. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘Smart Home Pipes’. Extruded, single layered PPR, Multi-layered PPR (Fibre Glass) and Multi-layered PPR (Aluminium) pipes. The single layered pipe is green coloured. Multi-layered PPR (Fibre Glass) pipe: green coloured, PP-R inner layer, black coloured, glass-fibre reinforced PP-RC second layer, green coloured PP-R third layer and black coloured, PP-R outer layer. Multi-layered PPR (Aluminium) pipe: green coloured, PP-R inner layer, green coloured, glass-fibre reinforced PP-RC second layer, aluminium third layer and black coloured, PP-R outer layer. All are for use with water up to 65°C.
'Smart Home Fittings'. Black or green coloured, injection moulded PPR fittings. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘RTP 199 X 146499 S-202865 White’. White coloured (opaque), injection moulded PP material. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Tamkeen Modern Pipe White, Light Grey and Dark Grey'. Extruded PVC pipes. For use with water up to 60°C.
‘GF PVCU fittings manufactured from HS1013, IR348 & HS1014’. From September 2023 onwards, the fittings may also be made using 'IR 349'. Grey coloured, injection moulded PVC-U fittings. For use with water up to 60°C.
