When applied as a three-coat system, the coating must be cured as follows: coat 1 = 24 hours@10 °C, coat 2 = 24 hours@10 °C & coat 3 = 14 days@10 °C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Strongcoat EPW-P'. Site applied, two-component, light grey coloured (once applied) epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured liquid) with Part B (orange coloured liquid) in a 8.1:3.78 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's TDS 06-0020-A-2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. Mix and apply coat 2 in the same way as coat 1 and cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. Mix ‘Sika MonoTop®-1010’ with tap water in the ratio of 25kg:5.25 litres. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘020302020010000054, March 2021, Version 01.01’. Mix ‘Sika MonoTop®-615’ with tap water in the ratio of 25kg:3.8 litres and apply immediately to ‘Sika MonoTop®-1010’ as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘020302040030000198, December 2021, Version 02.02’.
