This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TML Dalmia Sulphate Resisting cement'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting cement. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 1:1.50:0.50 and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'TSL/TSMD/DI/QA/TPI/DC/004', dated '09/06/2025'. Cure for 4 hours@28°C. Then 4 hours@45°C. Then 6 hours@40°C (humidity greater than 85%). Then 666 hours@35°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'M-AC010'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's user manual 'rev. 2.0R' dated 10/10/2024. Cure for 20 minutes at 180°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'ZX-9 Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HX' dated '2025.4.25'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
