`535` range of adjustable, in-line pressure reducing valves with DZR brass bodies, incorporating a spring loaded EPDM diaphragm and a gauge port. The 535022 compression model is for use with copper pipe (manufactured to EN1057). The product incorporates an intergal stainless steel strainer. Models can be supplied with or without a pressure gauge (see model), which inserts in the test port location. The outlet pressure range is adjustable between 1.0 and 6.0 bar. Maximum inlet supply pressure 16.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 40°C
Range of factory pre-set, pressure relief valves with gunmetal bodies, incorporating fluoro-elastomer & FKM ‘O’-rings, PTFE seat seals and chrome vanadium steel springs. Maximum working pressure varies by model and spring. Fig 500L (Brown spring) - 4.1 bar – 6.1 bar. (Blue spring) - 6.2 bar – 8.2 bar. (Purple spring) - 8.3 bar – 10.2 bar. (Black spring) - 10.3 bar – 12.5 bar. Fig 542L (Brown spring) - 3.3 bar – 4.9 bar. (Blue spring) - 5.0 bar – 6.5 bar. (Purple spring) - 6.6 bar – 8.2 bar. (Black spring) - 8.3 bar – 10.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95˚C
Range of normally open solenoid valves with brass bodies, EPDM diaphragms and ‘O’-rings. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar.
Non-metallic materials and components comply with BS6920 at 60°C
Range of solenoid valves with plastic bodies and EPDM rubber diaphragms. The inlet incorporates an inner and outer plastic strainer, EPDM washer and a plastic flow regulator. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of inline spherical valves with brushed chromium plated brass bodies and balls, PTFE seats and NBR ‘O’-rings. The valves are intended to be actuated by a motor (not supplied), but can also be screwdriver operated. Maximum working pressures: ¼” to 1” = 40.0 bar, 1¼” = 32.0 bar, 1½” to 2½” = 30.0 bar and 3” = 25.0 Bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
