'Electrocement CEM1-SR3 - Dalmia SRPC'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resisting Portland cement mortar. Mix cement, sand and water in a mass ratio of 0.6:1.0:0.22. Cure for 4 days at 26°C, and then at 32°C for a further 24 days OR 24 hours@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kubotaseal BM'. Factory applied, black coloured asphaltic bituminous coating. Apply as per manufacturer's PDS reference `11004T-1.4' dated Feb, 20, 2020. Cure 6 hours@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. Materials listed in this section are not approved for use for contact with water that is required to be wholesome on large water retaining structures such as lining of pipes, cisterns or water storage tanks. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. Mix Parts A and B in a 4.93:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Jotapipe IL6001 50S'. Factory applied, blue coloured, fusion bonded epoxy coating. Apply as per technical data sheet dated '10 September 2019'. Cure for 15 minutes@230°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interline 925P Light Grey'. Site applied applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) epoxy coating comprising of Part A (grey coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (brown coloured, translucent liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.93:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Interline 925 White with Ceilcote 680M Primer'. Site applied, white coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating comprising of a two-component primer and two-component top-coat. The primer (Ceilcote 680M) comprises of Part A (uncoloured liquid) and Part B (uncoloured liquid). Mix Parts A and B in a 3:1 volume ratio. Cure for 10 days@30°C. The top-coat (Interline 925 White) comprises of Part A (white coloured, opaque paint) and Part B (white coloured, opaque paste). Mix Parts A and B in a 4.99:1 mass ratio. Cure for 7 days@30°C. 'MES Precast Tank Concrete Mix'. Factory made, grey coloured concrete & additive. Mix ingredients in the following percentages: Cement 19.10 %, Water 7.56 %, Coarse Aggregate 38.76 %, Fine Aggregate 34.46 %, Plastiment 186 0.03 % & ViscoCrete 0.12 %. Cure for 7 days@10°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Novapress Ambition’ (grey coloured) and ‘Novaform 660' (light green on one side and beige on the other). Fibre/NBR gasket materials manufactured by calendaring. For use with water up to 85°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'Aldex C800 Na (16-50 US mesh resin), Aldex C800x10 Na (16-50 US mesh resin), Aldex C800F (Na) (30-70 US mesh resin) & Aldex C800F (K) (30-70 US mesh resin)'. Ion exchange resins which are black coloured except C800F (Na) which is brown coloured. For use with water up to 23°C.
'TP1'. Factory applied, colourless solid lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-005', issue 1, dated 11/11/2016. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Ultramid S3EG6 Balance Aqua Uncoloured'. Uncoloured (appears beige), injection moulded PA6/10 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Grivory GV XE 10726 Black 9225'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass reinforced polyamide material. For use with water up 23°C.
'TECHNYL ® SAFE A 219WFC V30 BK’ (black coloured) & ‘TECHNYL ® SAFE A 219WFC V30 NC’ (natural, appears off-white). Injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced polyamide 6.6 materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
