Cure for 1 hour@60°C followed by 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. From March 2024 the material is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Interpon HYF PLUS HJ701I'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy coating. Apply as per manufacturer's product datasheet 'Ed.3 – October 2014' and stove/cure for 20 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Weberdry epo PW'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured) with Part B (translucent, yellow coloured) in a weight ratio of 100:20. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Edition: 04.23-A'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Mix and apply a second coat in the same way and then cure for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`EcoZmart Waterproofing`. Site applied, grey coloured tanking slurry. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 2, 24 hours after the first coat, as per manufacturer's IFU IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Renderoc Plug 20'. Site applied, dark grey coloured, cementitious repair mortar. Mix with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's datasheet '14' dated 'June 2018'. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Vinoleo 77/14'. Amber coloured, soap based lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions. For use with water up to 23°C.
'DIC.PPS FZ-2140-F3 BLACK'. 'DIC.PPS FZ-2140-F3 BLACK-U' was added to the approval in September 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded PPS materials manufactured in Vienna, Austria. For use with water up to 85°C.
'662016 & 662014'. White coloured (semi-translucent), extruded PTFE tape. For use with water up to 85°C.
'INST61427N & INST61425T Tapes'. White coloured (semi-translucent), extruded PTFE tape. For use with water up to 85°C.
'07148-70' components. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM components with a shore hardness of 70. Sealing gaskets have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. Sealing membranes have an in-radius size of 0.92mm. Gasket membranes have an in-radius size of 0.85mm. Membrane seals have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. Sealing rings have an in-radius size of 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
