'Loctite PC 7255 GN (Green) coating for use with Bonderite M-NT 1455-W primer'. Factory applied, green coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. In June 2025 ‘LOCTITE PC 7255 GY (Grey) coating for use with BONDERITE M-NT 1455 Primer-W Coating’ was added to the approval. Factory applied, grey coloured, two-component epoxy resin coating. Prime the surface to be coated with the Bonderite primer wipe. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s TDS dated October 2016. Cure for 7 days@23°C at 45% relative humidity. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. ‘Endoprene® 85-20’. Factory applied, two component, beige coloured, solvent free polyurethane coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated '09/09/2019'. Cure for 8 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'ZX-9 Zhenxin Epoxy Powder Coating Blue & Red'. Factory applied, blue or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'ZX-9-HY/NG' dated '2023-06-02'. Cure for 10 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'PM6/35/7623 Vitreous Enamel Coating. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply and fire as per manufacturer's datasheet dated '01-2018' For use with water up to 85°C.
'Strongcoat EPW-P'. Site applied, two-component, light grey coloured (once applied) epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured liquid) with Part B (orange coloured liquid) in a 8.1:3.78 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's TDS 06-0020-A-2021. Cure for 24 hours@23°C. Mix and apply coat 2 in the same way as coat 1 and cure for 7 days@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Sika MonoTop®-1010’, one-part cementitious bonding primer for use with ‘Sika MonoTop®-615’ one-part cementitious repair mortar. Mix ‘Sika MonoTop®-1010’ with tap water in the ratio of 25kg:5.25 litres. Apply as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘020302020010000054, March 2021, Version 01.01’. Mix ‘Sika MonoTop®-615’ with tap water in the ratio of 25kg:3.8 litres and apply immediately to ‘Sika MonoTop®-1010’ as per manufacturer’s Product Data Sheet ‘020302040030000198, December 2021, Version 02.02’. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval.
