The product incorporates a single check valve cartridge, after the pressure reducing valve, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The product also incorporates an approved check valve cartridge on the angled cold water take off point, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). 'SADIP-Mix'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix sand, cement & water in a mix ratio of 2:1:0.5 and apply as per manufacturer's 'quality work instruction' document 'QW 41A', issue 4 dated 20/11/97. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. The cement mortar must then be submerged in water for 72 hours before use. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing, curing & soaking conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix/cure/soak conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Deep Seal'. Factory applied, red-brown coloured (once mixed and applied), two-part polyurethane coating. Mix, apply and cure (full cure of 7 days@30°C) as per manufacturer's instructions ref. 'DI/PU/2022/072', dated 25/04/2022. For use with water up to 35°C.
'Purtop Easy DW'. Factory applied, two-component, cream coloured (once mixed and applied) polyurethane resin coating. Mix components A & B in a 4:1 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's TDS '7483-7-2021-I-gb'. Cure for 6 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'4MID 9B22150 W-A BBK'. Black coloured, injection moulded PA6 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Polylite 444-M888'. Amber coloured, unsaturated polyester resin material manufactured by liquid casting. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Poseidon Cable' (3 x 1.5mm, 4 x 1.5mm, 3 x 1.0mm & 4 x 1mm). Blue coloured (external water contact layer), extruded, XLPE electrical cable. For use with water up to 65°C.
‘Dowlex XZ89342.00 & Dowlex XZ89342.10’. ‘RX 137 Natural, RX 137GR black 9003 & RX 137 black 9003’. Natural (appears white coloured) and black coloured, rotationally moulded polyethylene materials. For use with water up to 70°C.
‘Borsafe HE3494-LS-HP’. Blue coloured HDPE material for injection moulding and extrusion. ‘Borsafe HE3490-LS-HP & Borsafe HE3490-LS-HW’. Black coloured, HDPE materials for injection moulding and extrusion. ‘Borsafe HE3490-IM-W’. Black coloured, HDPE material for injection moulding. ‘Borsafe HE3490-SLS-H’. Black coloured, HDPE material for extrusion. All grades are for use with water up to 60°C.
‘4TECH 9S22110 W-A ANL, 4TECH 9S22120 W-A ANL & 4TECH 9S22130 W-A ANL’: Yellow/brown coloured, injection moulded, glass filled PPO/HIPS materials. For use with water up to 85°C.

‘Verplen C30 01 NE ACLKUV (black coloured), C30 04 NE ACLUV (black coloured), C30 08 NE ACLKUV (black coloured) & C30 08 NT ACLKUV (natural – appears beige coloured)’. Injection moulded, glass filled polypropylene materials. For use with water up to 60°C.
'ABR-PS'. Black coloured, injection moulded polystyrene material. Between July 2022 and 14th February 2023, the material is for use with water up to 23°C. From 15th February 2023 until July 2027, the material is for use with water up to 60°C.
'INOLUB™ T201F, T202F, T203F, T204F & T205F'. White coloured, compression moulded PTFE materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Dragon STD'. Site applied, off-white coloured, two-part epoxy resin and fibreglass cloth. Mix resin in a 77.8@22.2 volume ratio and apply to the fibreglass cloth. Once the cloth is fully impregnated, apply to the defect as per manufacturer's instructions 'IMG MPW 020' dated 01.07.2022. Cure for 24 hours@21°C or 4 hours@100°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘4280’ black coloured injection moulded EPDM rubber components. Shore hardness 80. '4280 Membrane' has a tested in-radius size of 1.75mm. ‘4280 ’O’ rings’ have a tested in-radius size of 1.31mm. ‘4280 washers’ have a tested in-radius size of 1.05mm. All components are for use with water up to 85°C.
