'Conpipe Portland Cement Mortar NEN-EN 197-1 CEM I 42,5 N'. Factory applied, grey coloured cementitious mortar lining. Mix cement and sand in a 1:1.1 mass ratio. Add water to cement in a mass ratio of 0.3-0.4. Cure for 28 days@20°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'JH C01'. Factory applied, blue coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'V7.2' issued January 2018. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Polyglass VEF'. Factory applied, cream coloured, vinyl ester coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2/23 A' last reviewed July 2020. Cure for 7 days@21°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Excellube G300'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'revision No:1' dated 15/10/2020. Cure for 20 minutes@240°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘Intercrete 4820’. Site applied, grey coloured waterproof mortar. Mix Intercrete 4820 & water in a mass ratio of 8.33:1. Cure for 21 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Krystaline Add1'. Site applied, white coloured (opaque) waterproofing admixture in the form of a powder. Admixture to be added to cement in a dosing ratio of 1kg/m³. Wet cure for 48 hours@5°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`YT-001`. Single layer, extruded, white coloured PEX hose. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TP1'. Factory applied, colourless solid lubricant. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'LDAP-005', issue 1, dated 11/11/2016. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Ultramid S3EG6 Balance Aqua Uncoloured'. Uncoloured (appears beige), injection moulded PA6/10 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Grivory GV XE 10726 Black 9225'. Black coloured, injection moulded, glass reinforced polyamide material. For use with water up 23°C.
'TECHNYL ® SAFE A 219WFC V30 BK’ (black coloured) & ‘TECHNYL ® SAFE A 219WFC V30 NC’ (natural, appears off-white). Injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced polyamide 6.6 materials. For use with water up to 85°C.
'TYPLEX-1050'. Grey coloured, extruded polybutene-1 material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'ZX-100K'. White coloured (opaque) PBT case wear ring which has been stamped from sheet material. For use with water up to 23°C.
'RAMSTER PF100NT'. White coloured, injection moulded PBT material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PolyPol-1015'. Orange coloured, contact moulded, unsaturated polyester resin material. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Reno 100'. Black coloured (with blue external stripes), extruded polyethylene pipe. For use with water up to 23°C.
'RAK Universal Plastic Industries L.L.C. HDPE PE100 Black Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 85°C.
'Polyatlas PE100 Pipe'. Black coloured, extruded HDPE pipe. For use with water up to 23°C.

'Radel R-5100 GY 1037 (grey coloured), R-5100 GY1037 ECHO RP (grey coloured), R-5100 BK 937 (black coloured), R-5100 BK937 ECHO RP (black coloured) & R-5500NT (translucent)' - (manufactured in Oudenaarde, Belgium, Marietta, Ohio & RTP Company, USA). ‘R-5100 BU 1197 (blue coloured), R-5100 NT 15, R-5000 NT, R-5000 NT ECHO RP (natural), R-5100 NT ECHO RP (natural) & R-5100 NT (NT grades are natural and appear cream coloured, opaque)’ -(manufactured in Marietta, Ohio). ‘R-5100 GY1037LF’ (grey coloured - manufactured in Oudenaarde, Belgium and Marietta, Ohio). In July 2024, ‘Radel R-5100 GY1037 LF ECHO RP’ (grey coloured - manufactured in Oudenaarde, Belgium and Marietta, Ohio) was added to the approval. In November 2024, Radel R-5100 NT15 ECHO RP (NT grades are natural and appear cream coloured, opaque) & Radel R-5100 BU 1197 ECHO RP (blue coloured) were added to the approval.
