Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '0703231010' dated 14.03.23. Cure for 10 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. ‘KUBOTA SEAL AC’. Factory applied, colourless acrylic resin coating. Apply as per manufacturer’s instructions ‘ref. no. 65700H-2.3’ dated 'Mar. 14.2017'. Cure for 7 days@27°C. For use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Titanseal 989'. Site applied, two-component, grey coloured (once mixed) polyurethane coating. Mix the grey coloured (opaque) base coating with the amber coloured hardener in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply Coat 1 as per manufacturer's application instructions dated '09.03.2018'. Cure for 4 hours@7°C. Mix and apply Coat 2 using the same mix ratio and application instructions and then cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Electrocoat EP812 Blue'. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-part epoxy coating consisting of a base and hardener. Mix base and hardener in a volume ratio of 3:1 and apply as per manufacturer's data sheet 'ECL / TDS / EP 812 - BLUE, RAL 5017', issue date '12-Jan-13', version '03', revision date '25-Sept-14'. Cure for 1 hour@60°C followed by 7 days@28°C. For use with water up to 23°C. From March 2024 the material is for use with water up to 60°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Maxline 100 Potable Water Coating Blue & Grey'. Site applied, two-component polyurethane coatings which are available in blue or grey colours (once mixed). Mix Part A (blue or grey opaque liquid) with Part B (amber, translucent liquid) in a 100:30.5 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's technical data sheet 'TDSMLI100.rv5.04042023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. 'Weberdry epo PW'. Site applied, light grey coloured (once mixed), two-component epoxy coating. Mix Part A (light grey coloured) with Part B (translucent, yellow coloured) in a weight ratio of 100:20. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'Edition: 04.23-A'. Cure for 24 hours@25°C. Mix and apply a second coat in the same way and then cure for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
`EcoZmart Waterproofing`. Site applied, grey coloured tanking slurry. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer's IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. Mix tanking slurry with water in a 3:1 volume ratio and apply coat 2, 24 hours after the first coat, as per manufacturer's IFU IFU 'TCOWP001', dated '26/05/2023'. Cure for 14 days@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval.
