Air Source Hot Water Cylinder range of cased and insulated, unvented hot water storage cylinders (enamelled steel) of the package type incorporating heat pump module. The DHW circuit includes a factory fitted temperature & pressure relief valve (Caleffi) set at 7 bar and 95˚C . The safety kit incorporates a pressure reducing valve (Caleffi) set at 3.5 bar, strainer, check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2 and an expansion valve (Caleffi) set at 6 bar, expansion vessel (Reflex) and a tundish (Caleffi). The temperature of the hot water is controlled by a factory fitted manual control (set at 60˚C) and a high pressure switch positioned on the heat pump module (maximum temperature 65˚C) The cylinders are factory fitted with standard dual control immersion heater. Immersion heater incorporate control and manual resetting thermostats (maximum 89˚C). Maximum working pressure 5.5 Bar Maximum operating temperature 75°C. Maximum supply pressure to the pressure reducing valve is 12 bar. Maximum working pressure of the primary circuit 3.5 bar. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
Wall mounted manual blending valve, (chrome plated brass body), incorporating a ceramic cartridge headwork with a single lever type operating member. Maximum working pressure 10 bar. Maximum operating temperature 65°C
Wall mounted, bar type thermostatic shower valve (chromium plated brass), incorporating a quarter turn ceramic disc headwork controlling the flow using single lever operating members incorporating a manual override. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge, using a single lever operating member incorporating a manual override button. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainers and approved single check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate that it provides backflow protection. Each inlet and hand shower outlet incorporates an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. Product is supplied with shower hose, handset and overhead shower. Maximum working pressure 10.0 Bar.

Models (801509 & 801510) incorporate quarter turn ceramic disc headworks and model (801508) incorporates a non-rising spindle headwork controlling the flow. The temperature is controlled independently via a thermostatic cartridge that incorporates a manual override button. Both using either dome, cubed or single lever type operating members. The inlets incorporate stainless steel strainer washers and an approved check valve cartridge, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
