IDC ‘BDGxxx’ range of press fittings with brass or nickel plated brass bodies (see model) incorporating EPDM ‘O’-rings and stainless steel crimp sleeves for use with PEX/AL/PEX multilayer pipe (manufactured to EN ISO 21003). The BDG241 and BDG257 prefix models incorporate an EPDM gasket on the captive nut end connection. Pressfit jointing is achieved by either a U or TH crimping profile. Compression connections are for use with copper pipe 12-28mm (manufactured to EN1057) or Irish copper pipe 14.7-27.4mm (manufactured to EN1057). For above ground use only.
