Range of cold water inlet control groups with DZR brass bodies, consisting of a pressure reducing valve, (all models are adjustable between 1.0 and 6.0 bar, but some come pre-set from the factory - see model), a pressure relief valve (set at 6.0 or 8.0 bar - see model) and a single check valve cartridge, verified by test (suitable for backflow protection against Fluid Category 2). The pressure relief valve is fitted with a rotary type easing gear. All products for use with copper pipe manufactured to BS EN 1057. Maximum inlet supply pressure 20.0 bar. Cold water use only.
Range of double regulating valves incorporating bronze bodies, brass disc face (½” - ¾” models) or PTFE (1” - 2” models), PTFE plate and NBR ‘O’-rings. Maximum working pressure 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 100°C.
Range of electrolytic water conditioners, with a brass body and zinc alloy anodes. Maximum working pressure 16.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 85°C.
Range of domestic, salt regenerated ion exchange water softeners. Maximum working pressure 6.0 bar. Cold water use only.



'BPL HB QD Bitumen Black 60'. Factory applied, black coloured bituminous coating. Apply and cure as per manufacturer's data sheet number '671' dated 'Apr-20'. For use with water up to 60°C.
'XFGJ-2'. Factory applied, grey coloured sulphate resistant cement. Mix cement:sand:water in a 1.5:1:0.4 mass ratio. Cure for 8 hours@23°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Cepox P05/95'. Factory applied, two part, yellow coloured epoxy coating. Mix and apply as per Technical Data Sheet dated 19/11/2021. Cure for 16 hours@70°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'DAT-01'. Factory applied, grey coloured cement mortar. Mix cement, sand & water in a weight ratio of 34.4:44.9:20.7. Cure for 8 hours@50°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kerjiwal SRC'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate Resisting Cement. Mix cement, sand & water in a volume ratio of 1:1.2:0.5. Cure for 28 days@32°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'MS519'. Factory applied, blue coloured Porcelain Enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated 2021.6.23. Dry for 2 hours@100°C before firing for 10 minutes@860°C For use with water up to 75°C. This material is only approved for the drying and firing conditions that appear on the approval. If the drying and/or firing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Orgal® Hydroflex 10'. White coloured, acrylic polymer emulsion cement modifier, which is a liquid additive intended to be mixed with cement to achieve a coating. Mix cement:additive:water in a 197.5:30:10 mass ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions '2/18'. Cure for 28 days@23°C and @50% relative humidity. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the materials are not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sungyoung GRP Water Tank Panel'. Light grey coloured, hot pressed GRP panel. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Futurewrap Potable'. Light green coloured GRE material manufactured by hand lay-up. For use with water up to 50°C.
'Acquablu Hose'. Extruded hose comprising of a white coloured (transparent) polyethylene inner layer, off-white coloured chlorobutyl second layer, rayon reinforcement layer and blue coloured bromobutyl outer later. For use with water up to 60°C.
'TUCAI WRAS EPDM hose'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM hose. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 0.68mm. For use with water up to 70°C.
`HYDROFAS'. Black coloured, extruded polyethylene (PE 80) pipe. For use with water up to 23°C.
'UP 203 Black & UP 204 Black'. Black coloured polyethylene materials manufactured by rotomoulding. For use with water up to 23°C.
'UP 203 Natural & UP 204 Natural'. Natural (appears white), LLDPE materials manufactured by rotational moulding. For use with water up to 23°C.
'RavaRoto 3850UV black & RavaRoto 3930UV black'. Black coloured LLDPE materials manufactured by rotational moulding. For use with water up to 23°C.
