'RTU AL 5002'. Factory applied, blue coloured enamel coating. Apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'TDS/05002', version '09-2023' and fire for 7 minutes@860°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PPA571ES Black 700 & PPA571 Black 700'. Factory applied Polyolefin PE Coatings. Apply 'PPA571 Black 700' by fluidised bed according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022' and dip in the bed for 5-8 seconds. Apply 'PPA571ES Black 700' by electrostatic spray according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022'. Cure for 190-200°C for 20 mins. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
