'LIP/PTFE/875'. Site applied, pre-mixed, injectable PTFE/Silicone Grease sealing compound. Extrude and apply the pre-mixed compounds as per manufacturer's work instructions document 'STS-MS-001', revision '01', dated 11/08/23. No cure required. For use with water up to 23°C.
'REGJ01'. Black coloured, extruded silicone rubber tape. Shore hardness 55. Tested in-radius size 0.25mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'TCM585RE'. Red coloured chemical anchor resin supplied in a pre-weighed dual cartridge. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions dated '21.07.2021'. Cure for 48 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
2KPS EASF-V grey & 2KPS EASF-V Fading Blue. Site applied, two part, grey coloured anchor resins. 2KPS EASF-V grey is grey coloured when mixed and consists of Part A (shiny white liquid) & Part B (shiny black liquid). Mix, apply and cure 2KPS EASF-V grey as per manufacturer’s product information sheet 'EASF-V / VC / VE (EU07) V4.0'. 2KPS EASF-V grey is for use with water up to 60°C. 2KPS EASF-V Fading Blue is blue coloured when mixed. Mix and apply as per manufacturer’s product information sheet 'EASF-V / VC / VE (EU07) V4.01'. Cure for 145 minutes@5°C. 2KPS EASF-V Fading Blue is for use with water up to 23°C. Please note that the 2KPS EASF-V Fading Blue is approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. ‘JCP HIGH Load Vinylester JFV380SF & JFV300SF’. Site applied, two-part, grey coloured (once mixed) anchor resin. The resin consists of Part A (shiny white liquid) & Part B (shiny black liquid). Mix, apply and cure (load time) as per manufacturer’s product information sheet ‘Re03’ dated August 2022. For use with water up to 60°C. For use only as a resin anchor having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1,000mm² per 1 litre of water.
'XGM050'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber gaskets manufactured from raw material '70802'. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 2.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'4360 'O' rings, washers, membranes and lip seals'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM components with a shore hardness of 60. The ‘O’ rings have a tested in-radius size of 1.31mm. The washers have a tested in-radius size of 1.05mm. The membranes have a tested in-radius size of 1.55mm. The lip seals have a tested in-radius size of 0.40mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'7EP1197 Gasket'. Black coloured, extruded EPDM gasket. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.5mm. '7EP1197 'O'-rings' were added to the approval in March 2023. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O'-rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 0.9mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
