All models have a DZR brass ball (chromium plated). Maximum working pressures: 3399300, 3499300 and 3599300 models are 16.0 bar. 37199300 and 38199300 models are 25.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 95°C.

Pre-heat substrate at 200°C and then apply by dipping in a fluidised bed as per manufacturer's instructions dated 10th January 2019. Cure for 15 minutes@200°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'PPA571ES Black 700 & PPA571 Black 700'. Factory applied Polyolefin PE Coatings. Apply 'PPA571 Black 700' by fluidised bed according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022' and dip in the bed for 5-8 seconds. Apply 'PPA571ES Black 700' by electrostatic spray according to manufacturer's data sheet '08/2022'. Cure for 190-200°C for 20 mins. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Kinlin Epoxy Power Coating (Green colour, EPX‐111A)'. Factory applied, green coloured epoxy powder coating. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'XL-R-019-G1' dated '2018-9-21'. Cure for 10 minutes@180°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sunaflex T 8193'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'Supercast PVC Waterstop Hydrofoil'. Blue coloured, extruded PVC waterstop. For use with water up to 23°C. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992 with respect to normal frequency of joints. The materials have been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre as specified in BS 6920: Part 1
'TamAcryl 2000 Orange or Blue with corrosion inhibitor', orange coloured or blue coloured (once mixed), site applied acrylic grouts. Mix Part A (orange or blue) with 2% accelerator and then mix with Part B (colourless) in a 1:1 volume ratio. Apply as per manufacturer’s TDS 'V1UK20 – 2020.10.22'. Cure for 12 hours at 16°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval. These materials are for use in concrete reservoirs and similar structures, constructed in accordance with the design criteria of BS EN 1992-3:2006 (Design of concrete structures – Liquid retraining and containing structures) with respect to normal frequency of joints. The material has been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio of 1000mm² per litre.
