‘GFPP-(1) SFKP (2)’. White coloured, injection moulded, glass fibre reinforced PP material. (1) 2 digits represent the amount of fiberglass added to the material with a range of 5% - 50%. (2) is an internal code used to denote customer and is replaced with a 4 digit number between 0001 & 9999. For use with water up to 85°C.
'9710 'O' Rings'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 75. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.4mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EPDM4570‐70'. Black coloured, compression moulded gaskets. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
Initial approval was for ‘SMS-80’ (shore hardness 80) only. In April 2024 ‘SMS-50' (shore hardness 50) & ‘SMS-70’(shore hardness 70) were added to the approval. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM materials. Shore hardness between 50 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 23°C.
'TH5/01/4 BLK Diaphragm Seal'. Black coloured, injection moulded HNBR diaphragm seal. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size 1.5mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
`Loctite 587`. Blue coloured silicone sealant. Apply as per manufacturer`s TDS dated November 2004. Cure for 7 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
