Inlet level sensors control the water supply via solenoid valves with inline strainers fitted (see manufacturers data sheet for optional arrangements). The unit also incorporates an expansion vessel. Flow from the break tank is via a single check valve suitable for fluid category 2 to a booster pump arrangement (see manufacturers data sheet for optional arrangements). The inlets/outlets incorporate stainless steel braided EPDM lined flexible hose assemblies with isolation valves and stainless steel strainers. The outlets incorporate approved check valve cartridges however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection.
