'WRAS 61713 EB 78'. Black coloured, hard ebonite rubber material manufactured by calendaring and autoclave vulcanisation. Shore hardness 78D. Tested in-radius size 1.05mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'WRAS 61813 E80'. Black coloured, hard ebonite rubber material manufactured by calendaring and autoclave vulcanisation. Shore hardness 80. Tested in-radius size 2.2mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'EPDM4570‐70'. Black coloured, compression moulded gaskets. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'M534 'O' rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.5mm & 3.0mm. 'M534 Gasket Seal Rings’ were added to the approval in June 2024. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM gasket seal rings. Shore hardness 70. Tested in-radius size between 0.75mm & 2.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'EP02971PWRC'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 72. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'SME001 EPDM'. Black coloured, compression moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 60. In November 2024 'SME001 EPDM', a compression moulded EPDM rubber with a shore hardness of 75 was added to the approval so that a range with a hardness between 60 & 75 is covered by the approval. Tested in-radius size of 1.0mm and are for use with water up to 65°C.
'E59WKZ'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM rubber material. Shore hardness 58. Tested in-radius 1.0mm. For use with water up to 60°C.
'HT5557-10'. Black coloured, injection moulded EPDM material. Shore hardness 55. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. Between January 2024 and March 2024, the material was for use with water up to 50°C. From April 2024 the material is for use with water up to 60°C.
'WN12/7/1 BLK 'O'-rings'. Black coloured, injection moulded NBR 'O' rings. Tested in-radii sizes between 0.89mm and 2.0mm. Shore hardness 70. For use with water up to 65°C.
'2MS70-55R Seals, Washers, Gaskets and 'O' rings'. Red coloured, injection moulded silicone seals, washers, gaskets and 'O' rings. Shore hardness 70. Seals have a tested in-radius size between 0.25mm & 8,0mm. Washers, gaskets and 'O' rings have a tested in-radius size of 8.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'HCR 9230, HCR 9250, HCR 9270 & HCR 9280'. Natural (appear white, translucent), compression moulded silicone rubber materials. Shore hardness between 30 & 80. Tested in-radius size 1.0mm. For use with water up to 85°C.
'10' range of extruded, silicone rubber material available in translucent (which appears off-white), black, white, red and blue colours. Shore hardness between 40 & 70. ‘Trutite Pipe Sealing Cord’. White coloured nylon cord coated with a silicone paste, intended for use as a thread sealant. The cord is to be applied and tightened in accordance with Data Sheet ‘version 1.3’, dated 12/02/24 and this material is only approved for these conditions. For use with water up to 85°C.
‘CORE® Pipe Sealing Cord’. White coloured nylon cord coated with a silicone paste, intended for use as a thread sealant. The cord is to be applied and tightened in accordance with Data Sheet ‘version 1.2’, dated 12/01/23 and this material is only approved for these conditions. For use with water up to 85°C.
'PVCC125 & PVCC250 PVC Pipe Cement'. Clear, transparent (un-pigmented) solvent cement, (intended to join PVC pipe and fittings). Apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Rev00 24012024'. Cure for 20 days at 7°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EFFAST Large Tite PVC Solvent Cement'. Amber coloured solvent cement intended to join PVC pipe and fittings. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '6310925/20'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'EFFAST PRESSURE PVC Solvent Cement'. Amber coloured solvent cement intended to join PVC pipe and fittings. Apply as per manufacturer's instructions '6313369/30'. Cure for 24 hours@7°C.
