Mix base and hardener of SIGMAGUARD CSF 650 in an 80:20 volume ratio and apply as per manufacturer's PDS '7443', dated 'July 26, 2022'. Cure for 5 days@20°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Sikagard® 1816 (formerly known MasterProtect® 1816)'. Site applied, grey coloured (once applied), two-component Epoxy polysulfide coating. Mix parts A & B in a 78:22 weight ratio and apply coat 1 as per manufacturer’s general method statement ‘MS - AD - Sikagard®-1816-01/2024’ and PDS '020303000000002044 Version 01.01', dated April 2024. Cure coat 1 for 9 hours@25°C. Mix parts A & B in a 78:22 weight ratio and apply coat 2 as per manufacturer’s general method statement ‘MS - AD - Sikagard®-1816-01/2024’ and PDS '020303000000002044 Version 01.01', dated April 2024. Cure coat 2 for 14 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing & curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
Klingersil C-4430 plus. NBR fibre gasket material, manufactured by calendaring, which is red on one side and beige on the other side. For use with water up to 23°C. For use only as a jointing/gasket material having been tested at a reduced surface area to volume ratio.
'TP13444 Black'. Black coloured, rotomoulded, polyethylene material. For use with water up to 85°C.
'IROGRAN® A 85 P 4441 FCM'. White coloured, injection moulded polyurethane material. For use with water up to 60°C.
Range of deck mounted, single hole, single outlet (fixed) electronically controlled tap assemblies (chromium plated brass). Flow is controlled by a solenoid valve activated via an infra-red sensor. The spout outlet incorporates a plastic aerator. The main body incorporates a plastic flow regulator and stainless steel strainer prior to the solenoid. The inlets to the main body of the GS10, CM10 & GH10 model variants incorporate approved check valve cartridges, however, the complete product has not been fully tested to demonstrate it provides backflow protection. These models also have a manual temperature control operated by a single lever on the side of the body. The inlet hoses incorporate a TPE gasket. The models are supplied with or without a pop-up waste. The GS20 & GM20 model variants are single feed. Maximum working pressure 10.0 bar. Maximum operating temperature 60°C.
