Cure for 16 hours@20°C. 'Hempadur 35560 Cream’ is a two-component coating to be mixed in a 6.8:2 volume ratio and applied as per manufacturers PDS dated ‘May 2024’. Cure for 7 days@20°C. For use with water up to 35°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'P • HSR42.5'. Factory applied, grey coloured Sulphate resistant Portland cement. Mix cement:medium sand:water in 1:1.4:0.45 weight ratio and apply as per manufacturer's instructions 'Version 03', dated '29th-07-2024'. Cure for 3 hours at 25°C. For use with water up to 65°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mix and/or cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'TC-7808-19'. Factory applied, grey coloured PTFE coating. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet dated June 8, 2019. Cure for 20 minutes@380°C. For use with water up to 85°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
‘EKOPIPE 900 Blue’. Factory applied, blue coloured, two-component epoxy coating. Mix parts A & B in a mass ratio of 2:1 and apply as per manufacturer's TDS 'No:09, Rev.Date: January 2021'. Cure for 7 days@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
