‘Pentens SPU-1000 Pure Polyurea Waterproofing Spray Coating (with Pentens E-500SE Primer and Pentens E- 501S Sealer)’. Factory applied, dark yellow coloured (once applied) polyurea primer, sealer & top coat. Mix primer in a 1:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS v. '2017/02/24'. Cure for 8 hours@25°C. Mix sealer in a 2:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS v. '2017/02/24'. Cure for 8 hours@25°C. Mix topcoat in a 1.125:1 weight ratio and apply as per PDS v. '2017/02/24'. Cure for 72 hours@25°C. For use with water up to 23°C. This material is only approved for the mixing and curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the mixing and/or curing conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Epilux Solvent Free DW Coating Grey and Red'. Factory applied, light grey or red coloured epoxy coatings. Apply as per manufacturer's data sheet number '558', revision '04', dated October 2022. Cure for 7 days@30°C. For use with water up to 30°C. This material is only approved for the curing conditions that appear on the approval. If the cure conditions are varied from those specified on the approval then the material is not covered by the scope of the approval.
'Eucoflex Caliente'. Site applied, blue coloured, two-component polyurea coating consisting of Component A, Component B and Component C (Pigment Paste). Mix & apply as per manufacturers datasheet 'TX40T815', dated 'August 2023'. For use with water up to 60°C. This approval is valid only for the material when it is applied by experienced, suitably trained applicators that are authorized and/or certified by Euclid Chemical Toxement. The authorization, training and certification of the local applicators are the responsibility of Euclid Chemical Toxement and not the responsibility of WRAS.
'TPU 2053, TPU 2054, TPU 2055, TPU 2056, TPU 2057 & TPU 2058'. Five layered, membrane systems manufactured by calendaring. The membranes consist of: 1.) a transparent polyurethane inner layer (in contact with the water), 2.) a tie layer, 3.) a reinforcing layer (PES or PA), 4.) a tie layer & 5.) a blue or beige coloured polyurethane outer layer (not in contact with the water).
